Our hens roam freely in our lush orchard, drinking pure, natural well water and foraging on a diverse diet rich in natural protein and carbohydrate, from scratching at the base of the trees. This lifestyle makes their egg yolks a healthy, dark ochre to orange colour, with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A and E. They are nutritious and have a good texture and taste.
